The company produces almost 30 million kilometers of non-ferrous fine wire annually and takes advantage of all of certified quality assurance system. We combine the most up-to-date machinery with quality control and energy saving production processes to achieve a constant high product quality.

Our smelting production process is monitored and controlled "online". For material analysis we use state of the art laboratory instruments: RFA, OES, ICP. We use a special electrolytic plating process in-house to coat all of our wires.

It's a fact: bedra-GISCO non-ferrous fine wire quality products must complete 30 tests before they can be sold. Our wire is precisely spooled, perfectly sleeved in plastic wrap, in shock-proofed and temperature resistant packaging.

We produce in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 regulations using our extensive production experience. And of course it is our employees who assure our high quality standards, because bedra-GISCO quality management does not only stand for measurements and analyses. bedra’s quality department, with its complete quality process technology is very tightly managed by all our employees.
